Tonight I Saw A Woman Die

“Tonight I saw a woman die

Saw the light leave her blueish eyes

Felt the weight of the knife

Pushing into her chest

Saw the blood color red as it seeped through her dress

I felt nothing at all

No guilt whatsoever

As I saw it

My mom was she never”

Honestly I don’t know what this is, but you know what? I like it. I wanted to post something since I just realized that it’s been awhile since my last post, and this is what wanted to be written down apparently. So there you have it! ๐Ÿ˜›

I hope you liked it:)

Uh, and btw sorry for the misleading tite ;P I didn’t actually see a woman die and/or kill my mom… Haha, just thought it’d be a nice title.

  1. Maybe a misleading title, but definitely an eyecatcher!
I was stumped when you killed you mom/ Step mom or who-ever in the parallel universe! I never thought you were cause and not a mere witness!
It was a cool read though!

  2. Killing a person you care about and watching him/her die is much easier than one could imagine. Living with the fact you caused that light to leave her/his eyes is sometimes unbearable. I am not talking here about a murder that law recognizes as such. I am talking about killing a joy towards living in a person that you love and that loves you back. Most of those kinds of murders happen by accident, by trying to do the right thing (which turns out to be the worst thing you could have done).
