Let’s Look At My Spanish Playlist

spansk version
I sure hope I didn’t misspell ;P

I think the title is pretty self-explanatory but I’ll do a little rambly intro anyways, ’cause you know that’s how I roll ;P

Maybe I’ve mentioned this before – maybe I haven’t, but Spanish is probably my favorite language. Or not probably. It’s most definitely mi idioma favorito. Will you look at that. I know Spanish and everything. Kidding, kidding. I am learning it but I don’t feel like I can say that I know Spanish yet. But I’m working on that. And since “working on it” means trying to surround myself with as much Spanish as possible, it includes listening to a lot of Spanish music as well.
So I spent way too much time on YouTube, asked for recommendations online and created a playlist that I don’t hate. Even though I mostly have no clue what they’re singing it doesn’t matter to me. I think it’s a pretty solid playlist anyway.

And now, it’s time for sharing. Here’s my Spanish playlist, that I have named simply and accordingly:

Canciones en español (which translates to “songs in Spanish”. Creative I know 😛 )

1. Hasta la Raíz by Natalia Lafourcade
2. Agua by Jarabe De Palo
3. Déjame vivir by Jarabe De Palo
4. Despacito by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee
5. Chantaje by Shakira feat. Maluma
6. Felices los 4 by Maluma
7. Amarillo by Shakira
8. Downtown by Anitta and J Balvin
9. One Dance/Hasta El Amanecer a mashup by Alex Aiono
10. La Bicicleta by Shakira and Carlos Vives
11. Aire by Leslie Grace feat. Maluma
12. Hoy by Leslie Grace
13. Reggaetón Lento by CNCO
14. Ginza by J Balvin
15. Ni Tú Ni Yo by Jennifer Lopez feat. Gente de Zona
16. Deja vu by Shakira and Prince Royce
17. Mi Gente by J Balvin and Willy William
18. Échame La Culpa by Luis Fonsi and Demi Lovato
19. Mi Medicina by CNCO
20. Casi Humanos by Dvicio

And those, my dear amigos, were all the Spanish songs currently on my special playlist. And no, I still have no shame. I will continue to like Despacito for what will, undoubtedly, be a very long time ;P

If there are any of these songs that you really hate, because you understand the lyrics and think it’s not something you’d want to be heard singing at the top of your lungs, then I’d really appreciate a hint. I don’t want to be the person obliviously singing about some weird or offensive stuff.

With that being said, if there are some of these songs that you like or if you have any song recommendations of your own I’d love to hear from you as well! 😉

As usual, gracias por leer y hasta luego! ❤
